Coverage

Licencing and Image Usage

1. Registered users are able to access rights-managed pricing details for individual images. If you have any questions, please CONTACT US for further details.

2. All Football League and Conference Football images are subject to Licencing agreements with Football DataCo and Conference Football respectively.

3. Our images are ONLY available for use in an editorial context in newspapers and certain magazines.

4. High resolution images may not be downloaded without prior permission. NO UNPAID USE.

5. Some of our recent galleries will also require password access. This is to protect the exclusivity of some images prior to their publication or where the gallery contains images of minors.

6. Images may not be altered or modified in any way other than cropping/resizing for publication purposes.

7. TGSPhoto makes no guarantees, representations or warranties regarding names, trademarks or logos appearing in the images.

8. All published images should be credited to TGSPhoto or as otherwise requested in the relevant IPTC data fields.

1. TGSPhoto provides stock photography to a wide range of clients.

2. There are currently in excess of 37,000 searchable images in our archive.

2. With the ability to transmit directly from an event, TGSPhoto can meet your deadline. Images can be sent by FTP, e-mail or in the form of a CD/DVD.

3. Our images are provided with full and accurate IPTC caption details.
